As you may be able to tell from looking at this web site, I still have widely varied photographic interests. My visual roots are photojournalistic, but I would like to believe I have also paid homage to the artistic side of photography through my work. My interest in so many different types of photography probably stems from my days in photojournalism where each day was wildly different from the next. In photojournalism, you may be called on to do spot news, professional sports, features and even studio photography. Future directions include commercial photography as well as more corporate and fashion photography. I also plan to have more gallery shows and work on increasing the volume and quality of my artwork. Eventually, I would like to see my artwork, stock and travel images begin to gather a larger following. For now, I plan to keep on doing what I love to do - take photographs. I will always remember what I told my parents during one especially difficult time in my career -
"I didn't choose photography. It chose me."
